Sylvia started with ADH Insurance Agency in January 2018. Sylvia is bilingual and will be able to help serve our Spanish-speaking customers. Her work history and extensive knowledge of bank and financial products will serve invaluable to the ADH Insurance Agency, Inc. team.  Sylvia is originally from Quito, Ecuador where she started her college degree in Business. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business degree after moving to the United States in Washington, DC from Mt Vernon College.

Sylvia’s first job was working as an Ambassadors Assistant with the Embassy of Ecuador. In 1983, she took a new role with the World Health Organization where she traveled to provide technical assistance to underdeveloped countries. Before coming to ADH, Sylvia worked her way up from a Senior Personal Banker to Senior Service Manager at BMO Harris Bank from 2001-2017.

Sylvia is married to her husband Kevin. Together they have 3 beautiful children and four very precious grandchildren, Lucas, Ella, Jaxon and Ava. She loves to spend time with her family and their favorite pastime is watching the Washington COMMANDERS football team, they’re dedicated fans that NEVER miss a game.
