Annual Enrollment Review

Thank you for being a client of ADH Insurance Agency. For Annual Enrollment Period 2027 we have started a new process. This new process allows our team to complete the research on your current coverage before we meet, making your appointment faster, more personalized, and more efficient.

This process is available exclusively to current ADH Insurance Agency clients.

Step 1 – Submit Your Current Medications (must be completed prior to appointment)

To prepare your personalized prescription drug recommendation for 2027, please complete our secure RetireFlo questionnaire by entering your current prescription medications. If you have your prescription drug list available, it should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Important: The scheduling link for your appointment will appear only after your RetireFlo questionnaire has been completed.

Step 2 – Schedule Your Annual Review

Once you’ve submitted your medications, schedule your review at a time that’s convenient for you. Medicare Reviews begin October 15th, 2026. Reviews must be completed by December 7th, 2026 Major Medical Reviews begin November 1st, 2026. Reviews must be completed by December 15th, 2026. If you and your spouse are both ADH clients, each person must complete their own RetireFlo questionnaire, but only one appointment needs to be scheduled if you would like to meet together.
