John opened ADH Insurance Agency, Inc’s doors in April 1986. As the name states, the company started specializing in Annuities, Disability, and Health to best serve our clients. He continues to travel the Chicagoland area to meet all your health and financial needs.

John, noting the importance of professional advancement, received his LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) in 1991 and his RICP (Retired Income Certified Professional) in 2013. His awards include lifetime member of the “Million Dollar Roundtable” for annuities and life insurance, a lifetime member of “Leading Producers Roundtable” for health insurance, National Quality award, and National Sales Achievement award.

Before ADH, John graduated from Western Michigan in December 1971 with a BS in Marketing – Mid Management and a minor in General Business. He worked for Jewel Food Stores where he quickly advanced to become the youngest store manager. After Jewel, John became a branch manager with Hyponex (a division of Gillette razor). While starting his MBA, John took his first insurance job with Penn-Corp in July 1976. After starting his family with his wife Kristie, he completed his MBA at Roosevelt University with a concentration in International Business.

John lives with his wife Kristie, a retired school nurse, in Oak Park. He enjoys being grandpa to 2 wonderful grandchildren.
